The Almenara course comprises of 27 holes which means that you can mix and match and play up to three different 18 hole combinations. Each 18 hole combination has a par of 72.

Atalaya New Course offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar and is seen as one of the most natural courses on the coast. Created in 1990 by Paul Krings, the New Course is set further inland, but has a similar parkland feel about it – with gently undulating fairways and large, fast greens. It would be fair to say that, in general, hazards are obvious but still manage to trap the unwary.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains, its two magnificent 18-hole courses – the Atalaya Old Course and the Atalaya New Course – are lined with mature eucalyptus trees, cactus and palms and pink and white azaleas that fill the air with an unforgettable and intoxicating scent.

Azata Golf has 18 holes PAR 71. Its noble design, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and Sierra Bermeja and soft and fun shaping make an idyllic place where tranquility is its hallmark.

BAVIERA GOLF is an even course characterized by its wide greens with many movements and the great variety of obstacles which offer a big range of strokes and an ideal design for all types of handicap.

The course with its 5.170 mts is par 71 it has three par 3’s, two par 5’s and the rest par 4’s. Amongst the many spectacular holes, the par 4, 3rd would be one to mention.

The course is an 18-hole, par 72 and 5.866 metres long and has been built according to United States Golf Association (USGA) rules and regulations with regard to the tees, bunkers, drainage and greens.

Cerrado del Aguila Golf Club, located next to the racecourse, forms part of the expanding Mijas ‘Golf Valley‘. This spectacular and technical course, with its lakes and wide fairways, sea and mountain views and spacious greens, is sure to satisfy even the most demanding golfer.

Located in the Paraiso Residential Complex, between Marbella and Estepona, which include a luxurious hotel, El Paraiso golf course was opened in 1974.

The design uses the natural landscape which is set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course.

Close to the Mediterranean Sea and in a privileged area of Andalusia, Finca Cortesin has become a reference in the world of golf. At almost 7,000 meters from the back tees, it is considered one of the longest courses in Europe.

From each of its 18 holes, carefully designed by the architect Antonio Garc’a Garrido, players will enjoy breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Africa and Gibraltar.

La Cala is a real golfing treat and experience and a must play resort for all levels. La Cala has three championship 18 hole courses, which are Campo Europa, Campo Asia and Campo America.

La Canada is something of a hidden gem and the final three holes are a pure joy. The 16th travels dramatically downhill as it wends its way among a tapestry of trees until it reaches the green. The par-3 17th will doubtless cause havoc to many a player’s card.

The La Noria Golf course presents an almost totally flat course to the golf enthusiast, except the 38 degree slope on the 4th which can be quite demanding for the beginner.

La Quinta Golf Club has 27 holes, divided in 3 courses of 9 holes, which can be combined to have more playing options. The course has open fairways and a short yardage, therefore, woods and long irons are mainly used in this course.

The 18-hole golf course of La Reserva was designed by Cabell Robinson and was first opened in 2003. The links are over 72 hectares and are 6,700 metres long, but with 5 teeing grounds at each hole they can be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities.

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior, every hole at Real Club de Golf Las Brisas has been carefully considered to be both pleasing to the eye and capable of challenging even the most experienced player.

Lauro golf is located close to Malaga airport, yet in the middle of a natural environment with plenty of Oak and Olive trees. Lauro is a fantastic 27 hole course.

Los Arqueros Golf is situated less than an hour from the international airports of Málaga and Gibraltar, and only 10 minutes from Marbella. It was the first golf course to be designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It’s a great challenge for all golfer and a tough test for professionals.

Los Naranjos is a typical Robert Trent Jones design with generous fairways and strategically placed bunkers and water hazards. The greens, recently rebuilt with Penn A4-gras, are spacious and slightly undulated. The tees are long and have four markers: red, yellow, white and black with course lengths starting from 5.131 metres and reaching 6.532 metres at its longest.

Designed by David Thomas this beautiful 18 holes course measures 6247m in length and is complemented by contoured fairways, water cascades, lakes and strategically placed bunkers as well as undulating greens protected and maintained in perfect condition.

In addition to a championship golf course, Marbella Golf offers first-class club facilities such as an impressive restaurant with terrace dining overlooking the finishing golf holes and the sea beyond. The Club also offers private members facilities, an extensive pro shop and tennis courts.

Torrequebrada golf course opened in 1976 and has hosted top tournaments including the 1979 Spanish Open. Its very well manicured and the fairways are in particularly good condition.

Tramores Golf club is a 18-hole Par 63 golf course et in beautiful surroundings between 2 valleys and with stunning views over the Mediterranean.

The Par 71 Championship Course measures 6356 metres from the professional tees. The fairways have been described by top pros and leading golf writers as the best in Europe, if not the world. It is not an easy course – nor was it intended to be.

This course has held 2 European Tour Events. Its fairways are set-up for all levels of play and it has large greens.
