Hotel Summary

The four-star Hotel La Cala, is an adults-only hotel that is located in the beautiful town of Santa Eulalia del Rio, on the east coast of the island of Ibiza.

Next to the marina, and minutes from the beach, the hotel is in the heart of the tourist, commercial and leisure centre of Santa Eulalia.

The hotel offers a selection of rooms including single occupancy, standard double, double, superior double and suites.

Facilities in rooms vary but all rooms do include telephone, TV with Satelite channels, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, hairdryer and tea making facilities.

Facilities available for you to enjoy during your stay include a choice of board options, a buffet restaurant (offering all types of foods including a full breakfast, a wide choice of hot and cold dishes and a varied buffet), the La Cala Lounge Bar where you can enjoy snacks and cocktails from the menu, in a more relaxed environment, an outdoor swimming pool and a Spa with Turkish bath, jacuzzi and gym. A variety of treatments are available including beauty treatments and massages. (The Spa is open from May to October inclusive)

Golf Courses

The 18 hole golf course is set in the most rugged part of the valley, with narrow lanes and many natural and artificial obstacles. Each of the 18 holes has been given a name referring to its most outstanding geographic or aesthetic quality. This makes it one of the few golf courses on the islands that uses the custom of naming the holes.

With spectacular lanes adapted to the terrain, its slopes demand a high-risk tactical game especially with hole 4 (with a very risky outside limit), hole 7 (with the most pronounced incline of them all) and hole 14 (straight and completely in descent). Holes 16 and 18 are the most problematic to players and even those that reach them with a good score have to up their game further.

In short, it is a hard round, with no easy hole and where to play is a real challenge for golf lovers of all abilities.
