Bonalba Golf is an 18-hole par 72 parkland golf course in Alicante. The course offers a challenging beginning, with three of the five lakes located on the first nine holes. The front 9 ends with a trio of challenging holes known as “Amen Corner” by locals. The back 9 can be even more challenging, with a strong breeze from the Levante winds making it difficult to reach some of the greens. Golfers may need to switch from irons to woods during this time.

Designed by the famous Spanish golfer Severiano Ballesteros, Alicante Golf is a sensational par 72 course with a unique layout of 6 par 3, 6 par 4, and 6 par 5 holes. This ensures that you never play two consecutive holes with the same par in the same round, providing a varied and exciting experience. The course has 5 large lakes, giving golfers of all levels varying challenges. Alicante Golf is recognized as one of the best designs in Spain, thanks to a costly green reconstruction project that lasted 5 years from 2004. The 18 greens were rebuilt to improve design, irrigation, drainage, and landscaping. The 18th hole is particularly fantastic and visible from the rooms of the Hotel Alicante Golf.
El Plantio
El Plantio is a beautiful golf course situated on the hillside on the southern outskirts of Alicante. It offers a unique and enjoyable experience for golfers, with each hole presenting a different challenge. The course is surrounded by olive and palm trees, providing a typical Spanish vista. It is also an easy course to walk, making buggy rentals unnecessary. The club is located only about 10 minutes from Alicante airport, making it an ideal course to play if you want to fit in an extra game on your day of arrival or departure.
